My house hasn’t closed yet so if for some reason she is the reason my loan doesn’t go through I guess I can change this but Edyta has kept me and my family from going crazy through this process. We have dealt with incompetence at every angle of our buy and sell, lawyers, agents, etc all seem to have no idea what they are doing but everything Edyta has said has been true so far, she is right to the point, gets the job done. My loan was not easy to get approval for, I would say that she can do what nobody else can because she was the only one that could get me a decent loan.

Edyta Rhodes has helped us twice regarding refinancing our house. The reason I called the first time was because of the excellent customer reviews on Google+. Once she started to explain the loan process and what I should expect; I could begin to see why see was rated so high. The second time she called me and suggested I might want to look in to refinancing because of the rates dropped again. She is a true professional.

Edyta Rhodes did a loan for us over 2 years ago, so when it came time to do another, we went straight back, why mess with perfection?! She has to date, done 2 loans so far for us, one right up to a week before close and she’s done a magnificent job each and every time! The one loan ended up not funding due to the appraisal on the property we were buying not appraising out, nothing we could do about that! She is currently working on our 3rd loan in this process at this very moment and I have not one doubt that it will easily come to pass, as all others have in the past 8 weeks. It’s just crazy out there, with things moving as they are, she is always reliable, knowledgeable and responsive, she’s truly the VERY BEST! I’ve recommended her several times and will continue to do so. If you need a great professional, give Edyta a call!

Working with Edyta through our refinance was a true pleasure as she was able to offer us a very competitive rate and process the loan quickly and efficiently. She has also helped some of my other friends with purchases and refinances and was always able to get the loan closed even when unforeseen obstacles came up. My wife and I were VERY happy with the service from Edyta at Service First Morgtage. Throughout the complex loan process, she was knowledgeable, attentive, and very personable. She always kept us in the loop about what was going on in the process, and was prompt about returning emails and phone calls. She ended up getting us a great rate with an FHA loan, and as an added bonus she set us up with an amazing real estate broker whom she works closely with. We are very glad that we ended up choosing Service First Mortgage and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else in the Triangle!

I cannot say enough about Edyta Rhodes. She is just amazing and with up-to-date information and incredible knowledge. After getting with two other lenders, who could not approve me due to some obstacles. I reached out to Edyta who I met via a client. Edyta took down all needed information and went to work. We did have a couple of obstacles but that did not stop Edyta. She dug deep, figured things out and got me the loan. I will definitely recommend and use Edyta again, hands down. She loves what she does and puts her heart and soul to it. Thanks Edyta for all your hard work.

We were working with another company a friend had told us about, but the guy was becoming a jerk and hounded me to close on the deal. I had never told him I
agreed or want the deal. The appraisal came back low and he went ahead a sent the loan to the laywer with out our permission. Thanks to a Edyta, she was able to help us get a better deal. Edyta was very helpful and informative while going through the loan process. She was very considerate of our financial situation and was able to get us a great deal. I would recommend Edyta to friends and family!!! She went above and beyond to help us. She works hard to help others and strives to satisfy the customer.

THANK GOODNESS we were referred to Service First! We were in a unique and rather difficult situation. We had multiple unseccessful attempts at qualification with other companies. After our first meeting with Edyta, she completely understood our circumstances, and we left feeling confident she could make things work out, given her expertise. And yes, did she ever deliver! She was the only one that did. She worked her magic, secured us an awesome rate, and created favorable terms for us at closing. She fought for us through our entire ordeal, right down to closing day. Regarding her professionalism, she was quick to return phone calls and emails. She patiently made sure we understood and guided us through every step of the process. She diligently kept us posted on our status. She treated us with honesty, compassion, and respect. It really showed that she truly cares about her clients. Edyta with Service First Mortgage was great to work with. I had originally started working with another mortgage broker who told me that I needed to pay off some really old credit cards from my failed marriage. I had started contacting those creditors to get a settlement amount. However before agreeing to anything, a co-worker told me she was working with Edyta. I called her and she immediately told me that she was confident she could get me approved without paying off those old items first. She was extremely easy to work with and willing to answer all of my questions. And with me being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions but she always took the time to answer them fully. She told me not to worry unless she told me to worry. And she never told me to worry. The process went completely smooth. I could not have asked for anything differently. It was extremely important for me to have a house that my 2 children could call a home. As a single mom I wanted to show my children that even still with a job and wiser money decisions, you can still reach your goals and dreams. Thank you so much Edyta for helping me reach my dream of owning my own home!

My wife and I decided to move back to her home town of Durham, NC from Phoenix AZ. We contacted my one of my wife’s friends who is in the mortgage industry and she referred us to Edyta Rhodes of First Mortgage. She told us Edyta was a hard worker and would go the extra mile for us. We called Edyta on a Friday evening AZ time and she called us back within an hour even though it was around 9pm her time.. We provided Edyta with the typical info to get the process started and she found a glitch in my credit report from a previous life of mine. But unlike most lenders I have dealt with, Edyta dug deeper and found that I was listed as a user on a credit card of my ex-wife she had defaulted on . With Edyta’s help, I wrote a letter asking the lender to clean up my credit report and poof, my credit score jumped 100 points! The result was we got a fantastic interest rate. The entire process was painless. I have dealt with other lenders in Arizona and it was a huge hassle . Although we were 2200 miles away, Edyta made it simple. It is hard to find great customer service these days, but if you need a loan, I highly recommend First Mortgage Inc. and ask for Edyta, she went above and beyond working tirelessly to help us get our dream home. Edyta rocks! We are so thankful for Edyta and her amazing work ethic!
